Honeybear House Day Nursery is a well established, purpose built day nursery in Witham, North Essex, catering for children from birth to 5 years of age.

Being purpose built, the building is on one level allowing easy access for children and parents. The nursery comprises of four free-flowing homerooms, its own kitchen facility as well as two large outdoor play areas.

The rooms are specifically designed for the needs of children as they progress throughout the early years age range. London commuters using the Witham main line train station will appreciate the convenience of our location, situated just off Cressing Road adjacent to Elm Hall Primary School. We are also in easy reach of Witham and Braintree's town centres as well as being close to the A12 via the Rivenhall junction.

Philosophy of care - We aim to provide a professional childcare service of the highest quality in a safe, secure and stimulating environment. We will endeavour to enhance the development and education of children under school age within a framework which ensures equality of opportunity for all children.

Between the ages of birth and five years, children develop at different stages and it is our aim to treat each one as an individual to help them develop to the best of their ability. We provide an environment where children can learn the joy of discovery whilst feeling secure in a homely and caring environment.

Of course, the happiness of your child is of utmost importance, to ensure this we provide individual care and attention made possible by a high staff ratio of staff to children with all children allocated a dedicated key person.

 

The nursery's professional staff ensure the children have great facilities to hand and the children are able to make great use of the large outdoor play areas all year through.

All meals are made on site with fresh produce purchased locally. Vegetarian and special diets are catered for.
